  • QAre Croder wheels compatible with Shimano, Campagnolo and SRAM freehubs?

    Yes, SHIMANO and SRAM systems use the same freehub body. Campagnolo is different freehub. You can confirm your bike drive system with your dealer or bike shop when you buying the wheels.

    Don't worry, Croder Cycling makes wheels are compatible with SHIMANO, SRAM and Campagnolo drive systems.

    "Ceramics Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation” is an electrolytic anode surface treatment technology of advanced oxidation process combined with aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloy. With the advantages of excellent adhesion, hardness and heat resistance, Ceramics Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation is widely used in shipbuilding, national defense and aerospace industries. Croder® applied this technology into the design of aluminum wheelset - ALLEGRO 9 & AT230, this application not only creates very refreshing apperance, but also greatly improved the performance and efficiency of the brakes.

  • QWhat's the CoroPad™?

    Croder® R&D team has designed the specifically brake pads for enhancing braking performance and rising temperature, we called "CoroPad™". We made it for non-cork based compound, in the most adverse conditions, CoroPadd will offer higher stopping power with lower heat generation than cork based pads, supplied with Croder® carbon road wheels.

    Yes, Croder wheels will be delivered with 4 pcs (2 pairs) of CoroPads for carbon road wheels series and CPEO wheels series, 2 pcs (1 pair) for road disc wheel. Please use Croder CoroPads with your Croder road wheels to make sure the safety riding.

  • QAre Croder Mountain (MTB) wheels compatible with SRAM XX1 system?

    Yes, it could change the freehub for SRAM XD/XX1 system. 

  • QDo Croder wheels have a rider weight limit?

    Yes, For all Croder wheels (exception of Allegro C20), we recommend the rider weight limit of 100 kilgrams (kgs), to achieve the best performance and safety. For Allegro C20, we recommend weight limit of 85 kilograms (kgs).

  • QWhat's the CWI Card? Why we need it?
  • A

    CWI card is "Croder Wheel Identification" card. After we enter mass production, the only way we can ensure quality stability is to conduct parameter checks in the late stages of production. Each wheel produced by the Croder® team is 100% Hand-bulit. After assembly, QC personnel conduct the final check, as well as fill in the designated ID card provided by Croder®. The serial number is provided to prove that Croder® wheels are hand-built, and that they have passed quality requirement tests. This is the quality promise and reliance that Croder® wishes to convey to its customers.
